FAQ

Can occupational therapy help with repetitive strain injury?

Workplace & Ergonomic OT

Yes. OTs treat RSI through activity modification, splinting, nerve gliding exercises, and workstation redesign. Most patients see pain reduction within 2 to 4 weeks. OTs also address the root cause — bad ergonomics — so the injury does not return. Early intervention prevents RSI from becoming a chronic condition.
